Our AI-powered interview platform allows companies to truly understand their customers at a scale never before imaginable, moving beyond traditional surveys to facilitate voice-based conversations with our AI interviewer. We work with leading global brands like Heineken, AkzoNobel, and TUI, as well as the world's largest customer research firms, including Kantar and Ipsos.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Delivery Manager with strong project management and operational excellence skills. You'll thrive in a client-facing role within our vibrant, entrepreneurial environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving is essential.
Manage client projects, from onboarding to delivery.
Coordinate with panel agencies (like Norstat) to ensure high-quality responses.
Oversee project setup and execution on the Tellet platform.
Handle client communication, quoting, invoicing, and follow-up.
Proactively identify opportunities to automate processes and improve workflows.
Work closely with internal teams, such as product and sales.
Located in Amsterdam's city center.

Ideally 1 year of work experience in a professional setting with client interaction. May include internships
Excellent English communication skills (Dutch speaking is a plus).
Proven organizational and project management skills.
